All shipments are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. We provide tracking for every package, and all orders are shipped in discreet packaging for your privacy.
The fifth entry in the Meiki no Syoumei series draws inspiration from Chinese model Zhang Xiao Yu, delivering a refined, ultra-realistic sleeve built for deep immersion. An upgraded double-lip entrance creates a distinct first contact and helps retain lubricant, while the inner path layers on stimulation with a portio/G-spot ridge and a newly tuned end-zone for a satisfying finish.

Note: Due to the special dual-layer construction, light color blending around the entrance may be visible. This is normal and not a defect.
Care: Use water-based lubricant only. Rinse with warm water and mild soap/toy cleaner, dry thoroughly (inside & out), then dust lightly with renewal powder. Store cool and away from direct sunlight.
Origin: All orders ship directly from Japan in discreet packaging.
Handling Time: Please allow 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, JST) for order processing. Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.
Transit estimates begin after dispatch and exclude customs clearance, carrier disruptions, weather, or peak-season congestion.
Transit times may vary by location and do not include customs clearance delays.
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Standard services may show limited tracking until the parcel reaches the destination country.
International shipments may incur VAT/GST, duties, and customs fees. The recipient is the importer of record and responsible for these charges. Transit times do not include customs clearance.
Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with minimal contents description. Postal services can deliver to PO Boxes; some couriers (UPS / DHL / FedEx) cannot. Remote areas may require extra time or surcharges. Expedited shipments may require a signature per carrier policy.
Address changes or cancellations are possible before shipment only. Rerouting in transit is not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.
If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery so we can initiate a carrier inquiry or claim.

Because our products are intimate-use items, all sales are final except as outlined below.
We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, fit, or feel.
Must be returned complete and unopened. No partial refunds on bundle components.
Log in to your account and request an RMA (or email support). Returns without an RMA are refused. Once approved, ship within 7 days via a traceable, insured service; customer pays return postage. Non-US customers are responsible for postage on both the return and replacement shipments. Items missing original packaging are not refundable.
Any gift card or points used are credited back first; remaining eligible balance is refunded to the original payment method.
