Care: Use water-based lubricant only. Rinse with warm water and mild soap/toy cleaner, dry thoroughly (inside & out), then dust lightly with renewal powder. Store cool and away from direct sunlight.

Addresses & Delivery

Orders ship in discreet outer packaging with minimal contents description. Postal services can deliver to PO Boxes; some couriers (UPS / DHL / FedEx) cannot. Remote areas may require extra time or surcharges. Expedited shipments may require a signature per carrier policy.

Changes & Cancellations

Address changes or cancellations are possible before shipment only. Rerouting in transit is not guaranteed and may incur carrier fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the last tracking update or delivery so we can initiate a carrier inquiry or claim.

Returns Policy

Because our products are intimate-use items, all sales are final except as outlined below.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • Report within 7 days of delivery.
  • Contact us with your order number and clear photos/video.
  • Item must remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Electronics that are opened or tampered with are ineligible.
  • US-based brands: Claims handled directly by the manufacturer.
  • Non-US brands: Case-by-case; we coordinate the RMA based on the maker’s decision and timeline.
  • Approved cases are replaced with the same item unless the maker states otherwise.
  • Minor cosmetic variations (e.g., small wrinkles/blemishes) that do not affect function are not considered defects.

Dissatisfaction / Fit & Feel

We cannot accept returns based on personal preference, fit, or feel.

Unopened Returns (Non-Defective)

  • Factory-sealed items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds issued minus all shipping costs (including actual cost of “free shipping”) and a 15% restocking fee.
  • Any discounts or promotions no longer applicable after the return will be deducted.
  • Opened or used items are refused and disposed of with no refund.

Pre-Orders

  • Cancel before the cutoff for a full refund.
  • Cancel after the cutoff = 50% refund + 50% store credit. Bonus points are revoked.

Bundles

Must be returned complete and unopened. No partial refunds on bundle components.

Media & Apparel

  • H-Games/DVDs: Returnable only if unopened. Defective discs are exchanged for the same title.
  • Lingerie & intimates: Final sale.

RMA Required

Log in to your account and request an RMA (or email support). Returns without an RMA are refused. Once approved, ship within 7 days via a traceable, insured service; customer pays return postage. Non-US customers are responsible for postage on both the return and replacement shipments. Items missing original packaging are not refundable.

Gift Cards & Points

Any gift card or points used are credited back first; remaining eligible balance is refunded to the original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your account, select the order under “My Account → Orders”, and choose “Request RMA”, or email us at support@waifumart.com. We’ll notify you by email once we’ve received and processed your return or claim.
