At WaifuMart, your privacy is our top priority. When you shop with us using your credit card, billing appears discreetly on your statement (charges show as something neutral like "PDdit**h" or similar—redacted here for search privacy). We never store or share your credit card details.

Every package ships in plain, unmarked brown boxes or standard courier packaging—no hints about the contents. For U.S. deliveries, the return address reads "PDT Inc." (or equivalent), with no mention of WaifuMart, our logo, or the adult nature of the items. International shipments list the contents as "Novelty Toys" or "Novelty Toy Accessories" on customs forms—no exceptions.

Shipping Directly from Japan – Fast Worldwide Delivery, Especially to the United States

We ship all orders directly from Japan, bringing you authentic Japanese onaholes and accessories faster than most resellers. Processing takes just 1-4 business days after your order is placed (depending on volume and verification).

Choose the option that fits your needs:

  • Expedited Shipping (via FedEx or similar premium carriers): 2-7 business days delivery—our fastest route, ideal for quick arrival in the US and most countries.
  • Value Shipping (standard/economy airmail): 7-14 business days—great for cost savings.

Important note on liquids: Value shipping cannot include liquids like lubricants due to carrier restrictions. If your order contains any lubes or similar items, expedited FedEx shipping is the only available option (and we'll automatically apply it for smooth delivery).

U.S. Shipping Highlights We prioritize fast, reliable delivery to the United States—many customers receive packages in as little as 2-6 days with expedited options. All shipments include full tracking, emailed to you once your order ships.

Key Details:

  • Always double-check your shipping address for accuracy and completeness. Any extra fees from the carrier (e.g., address corrections, returns, or failed delivery attempts) are the customer's responsibility.
  • Tracking updates come via email—monitor your package easily.
  • Free shipping promotions (when available) apply to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only; method is chosen automatically based on order size, weight, and location. We no longer offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii due to high costs and reliability issues.
  • Free shipping orders process after priority paid-shipping orders.
  • Weekends, U.S./Japanese holidays, and non-business days don't count toward processing or delivery estimates.
  • If you place multiple orders with similar timing and methods, we may combine them into one package when possible to save on shipping.
  • We're not responsible for lost or stolen packages after tracking shows "delivered," per our standard risk-of-loss policy.

International Shipping (Including to the US and Beyond) We ship to most countries worldwide (subject to U.S. export rules and your local laws). Before ordering:

  • Review your country's customs regulations—some restrict adult items. WaifuMart isn't liable for seizures, confiscations, or customs issues.
  • Customs forms always declare the actual order value and describe contents as "Novelty Toys" or "Novelty Toy Accessories."
  • You're responsible for any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or fees imposed by your country.
  • Shipments use FedEx, DHL, or equivalent trusted carriers at our discretion for reliability and speed.

Pre-Orders Pre-order items ship free (within the contiguous 48 U.S. states) once in stock, unless you request combined shipping with other items.

Common Shipping Questions

  • Why is my package delayed? Weather, customs clearance (especially international), holidays, or address issues can add time. We process within 1-4 business days—orders placed late Friday often ship the following Monday. No refunds for carrier delays.
  • No one home for delivery? Couriers may leave packages if safe; otherwise, they hold or require signature (common for higher-value orders). Use carrier hold-for-pickup options if security is a concern.
  • Package undeliverable/returned? Usually due to incomplete addresses. Options: Re-ship (you cover return + re-shipping fees) or cancel/refund (minus original shipping, return fees, and 15% restocking).
  • Tracking says delivered, but I don't have it? Check with neighbors, leasing office, or porch. Contact the carrier immediately for a trace. If they confirm delivery (often with photo proof), we can't reship or refund. We may offer replacements at our discretion in some cases.
